Join us for Introduction to Homeownership!
Come learn about fair housing and fair lending, budgeting, credit, and more! This HUD-certified class is a prerequisite to apply for Michigan State Housing Development Authority down payment assistance. It is a 6-hour course that is split into two, 3-hour classes:
- Class #1: Tuesday, January 6 at 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Class #2: Thursday, January 8 at 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Dinner will be provided.
Attend both courses to get a HUD Certificate of Completion for down payment assistance programs.
This class is free to attend and open to the public. We kindly ask that this event remain adults-only to ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees.
