Do I Qualify?

Check below to see if you qualify for homeownership through Habitat.

Do you have the ability to pay for a home?

  •  You are a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (with a "Green Card").
  • You have at least 12 months of stable, steady income (or two years if you are self-employed).
  • You have the ability to pay a down payment based on loan product requirements.
  • Your annual household income is at least $45,000, and meets the maximum income requirements for your household size (see Income Chart).
  • You have a credit score of 640 or higher, or are willing to improve your score.  (Request your free credit report here - please note, this link will take you to another website.)
