Congratualtions and Thank You, Gail!
After 17 years of service, our Family Support Services Director, Gail Hollen, is retiring this spring. During her time with Habitat Kent, Gail has been a steady, compassionate presence for countless families as she worked with them toward their dream of homeownership.
From walking alongside first-time buyers through our homeownership program to celebrating key-in-hand moments, her dedication and passion have shaped not only our program but the lives of all of the families we’ve partnered with over the past 17 years.
Reflecting on her time at Habitat, Gail shares:
“My time working at Habitat Kent has been a wonderful journey! Meeting your families and supporting you throughout your path to purchasing your homes has been the absolute highlight of my time at Habitat. I have learned so much from working with each of you. One of my favorite parts has been watching young children grow into adults and graduate from high school and college. Having a safe and secure home is truly priceless!”
Gail’s impact will live on in the homes and hearts of the families she’s worked alongside over the years. We’re grateful for her years of service and wish her the best in this next chapter!
