The next phase of Pleasant Hills is officially underway! We recently celebrated this exciting milestone with some of our closest supporters at a groundbreaking event.  

After a year of construction on Phase I, the first seven condos are nearly complete and ready to welcome homeowners. Following the groundbreaking ceremony of Phase II, guests had the opportunity to tour one of the homes, beautifully staged by Delight Remodel & Design. 

Phase Two II marks the next step in this 54-unit development in Roosevelt Park. It will include 20 new attached, single-family homes, built in partnership with a third-party builder, Eastbrook Homes. We’re excited to collaborate with an established developer in our community to help streamline the construction process and expand high-quality, affordable homeownership opportunities in the heart of Grand Rapids.  

Each two-story home will feature four bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1,600 square feet of living space, and access to a shared green space. They are expected to be complete by the end of 2027 and will be governed by a condominium association maintained by the owners of the 20 homes.
