Women of Habitat Kent Lunch & Learn: Designing Spaces That Help People Thrive
Ever wonder why some places make us feel comfortable, calm, and at ease, while others leave us feeling stressed, distracted, or unsettled?
Our surroundings affect us in more ways than we may realize. Join Pamela Scholten, an interior designer and trauma-informed design specialist, for an engaging, highly visual exploration of the powerful connection between people and the spaces they experience every day. Through relatable stories, compelling visuals, and opportunities for personal reflection, you’ll discover a fresh perspective on how our environments influence our lives—and how small, intentional changes can make a meaningful difference.
