This HUD-certified class is a prerequisite to applying for Michigan State Housing Development Authority down payment assistance. \nThis is a 6-hour course that is split into two\, 3-hour classes: \n\nClass #1: Wednesday\, July 15 @ 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM\nClass #2: Thursday\, July 16 @ 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM\n\nAttend both courses to get a HUD Certificate of Completion for down payment assistance programs. This class is free to attend and open to the public. \nDinner will be provided. \nRegistration is required. Register here!
