This HUD-certified class is a prerequisite to applying for Michigan State Housing Development Authority down payment assistance. \nThis is a 6-hour course that is split into two\, 3-hour classes: \n\nClass #1: Tuesday\, January 6 @ 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM\nClass #2: Thursday\, January 8 @ 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM\n\nAttend both courses to get a HUD Certificate of Completion for down payment assistance programs. This class is free to attend and open to the public. \nDinner will be provided. We kindly ask that this event remain adults-only to ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees. \nRegistration is required. Register here!
