DESCRIPTION:Learn about fair housing and fair lending\, budgeting\, credit\, and more! This HUD-certified class is a prerequisite to applying for Michigan State Housing Development Authority down payment assistance.  \nThis is a 6-hour course that is split into two\, 3-hour classes:  \n\nClass #1: Tuesday\, April 22 @ 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM\nClass #2: Thursday\, April 24 @ 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM \n\nAttend both courses to get a HUD Certificate of Completion for down payment assistance programs.
