Grand Rapids Blitz Build
Thank you to Calvary Church, Grand Rapids for supporting Habitat for Humanity of Kent County's first annual Blitz Build event! Over 100 Blitz Build participants including volunteers from Calvary Church, Habitat for Humanity homebuyer candidates and other community volunteers worked side-by-side to install vinyl siding on the third Dawes Court condominium building. The new four-unit structure will become home to four (4) new Habitat homebuyer families and will mark the completion of Habitat for Humanity of Kent County's third LEED-certified, four-plex condominium unit.
