636 Olympia SW before...

636 Olympia SW after!

This total gut-rehab LEED project is made possible by the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) via HUD, the City of Grand Rapids and local sponsorships. It was in very sad shape. The back yard was eaten up by a giant, cinder-block garage and the back porch was rotting off the building.
