This total gut-rehab project is made possible by the City of Grand Rapids and HUD via the Neighborhood Stabilization Project (NSP). It achieved LEED for Homes Gold projected and will offer this hard-working Habitat family a very energy efficient home.
The GRCC Green Remodeling program lead by Keith Ferguson has assisted in the project and students have been a key part of the transformation of this home.
